PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanging type ventilating fan in which a heat exchanging element does not unintentionally come off from a body when a louver is removed in the case of cleaning and which has high safety. CONSTITUTION:A packing 15 in contact with a corner 16 of a heat exchanging element 11 is provided in a body 3 for containing the element 11 for heat exchanging between an exhaust gas flow and a supply gas flow, and a plurality of needlelike protrusions 17 to be engaged with the packing 15 are provided at the element 11. |
