PRODUCTION OF PLASTICALLY WORKED AND MOLDED GOODS

PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the plastically worked and molded goods capable of preventing the generation of crack at the plastic working, enhancing productivity and preventing the formation of coarse metallic particles. CONSTITUTION:Only the compaction molding treatment PI and vacuum deaeration treatment P2 are executed and pressurizing and heating treatments are not executed before an extrusion working treatment P3. The stages before this extrusion working treatment P3 are, therefore, simplified and the productivity of the plastically worked and molded goods is enhanced as well and the formation of the coarse metallic particles is prevented. A diffusion treatment P4 of the metal is executed between the extrusion working treatment P3 and the forging and molding treatment P5, by which the adhesion property of the inside part in the diametral direction of the extruded blank is enhanced and the generation of the crack in the plastic working is prevented.
