PRODUCTION OF WOVEN OR KNITTED COMPOSITE FABRICS

PURPOSE:To provide a production process for polyester cloth which is suitable for midsummer and sports because of its excellent sweat adsorption and cooling function. CONSTITUTION:The core component comprises polyester containing a fine pore-forming agent, while the sheath component comprises polyester containing ultraviolet ray-screening agent such as titanium oxide where the core-sheath type processed composite yarn in which the sheath yarn has the twisting number of alpha= 0.20 to 1.10 in twisting coefficient according to the formula alpha= the twisting number Xsq. rt. denier/32500 is used to form woven or knitted fabrics. Then, the fabrics is treated with aqueous alkali on dyeing to leach out the fine pore-forming agent.
