CONSTITUTION:A plant raising base 4 containing water quality improving agent 6 is installed on the ground 2 surrounding stationary water 3, aquatic plants having a water quality improving function are planted on the base 4, and the base 4 and the aquatic plants are watered with the stationary water 3 by a pump 13, so that the stationary water 3 is purified. |
