PURPOSE:To hardly separate a rubber part from plastics, and easily form them into one body. CONSTITUTION:A fixed mold 36, a first movable mold 38, and a second movable mold 40 are clamped together, forming rubber is poured in this rubber elastic molding mold 34, so as to mold a rubber elastic molding 18. Next, the second movable mold 40 and then the first movable mold 38 are opened, and engaging piece forming parts 48 are separated while bending engaging pieces 22 by the space of recessed parts 26 for separating molds. The rubber elastic molding 18 after separating from the mold is previously placed in a plastic form block, forming plastic is poured therein, and the plastic molding and the rubber elastic molding 18 are laminated in one body. |
