The apparatus for continuously painting the barcode base in a FA line, comprises: a mask driving section having chain gears (2a)(2b)(2c)(2d) wound with endless chains (3a)(3b) and a mask jig (4) with a base hole (4a) and intermittently driven by a motor; a painting section having a collecting box (7) formed with an air inducing hole (7a), an air discharge hole (7b), injection holes (7c,7d) on the rails (6a,6b) and an injection nozzle (9) fixed at a rotary cylinder (8) moved by a movable cylinder (10a); and a cleaning section having a solvent container (11), surface rolls (13a, 13b) and a cleaning box (12) mounted on the lifting cylinder (10b) of the injection nozzle (9).
