An insert molded wet-shaving razor unit having a pair of opposing blades (16, 18) and a vertically-displaceable guard bar (20) positioned therebetween. The guard bar (20) is vertically displaceable in response to forces encountered during shaving, which, in turn, allows the shave geometry of the razor unit to vary in response to the contour of the surface being shaved.
