<p>The 1,4-dihidropyridine derivatives have the formula (I) wherein X is 2-NO2, 3-NO2, 2-Cl, 2-CF3 and 2,3-Cl2 and n is 1, 2 or 3. The process comprises, inter alia, the reaction of the compound having the formula (II) with the compound having the formula (III) in which formulae X and n are as defined hereabove, said reaction being optionally followed by the formation of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of formula (I) thus obtained. Said 1,4-dihidropyridine derivatives are useful for the preventive or curative treatment of heart or vascular diseases and for the treatment of spasmodic processes of non vascular smooth fibers.</p> |
