<p>1282905 Valves P LUIGI and G DE'STEFANI [trading as SOC ITALIANA TECNOMECCANICA LA'PRECISA DI DR PIER LUIGI E SIG GIANCARLO DE'STEFANI] 11 Sept 1969 [19 Sept 1968] 44917/69 Heading F2U [Also in Division F4] The position of a gas flow control valve 11 operated by a push button 12 is indicated by marks on a disc 34 which is rotated at each operation of the valve 11 so that each mark is successively visible through a window the disc being rotated by means of a pin 40 carried by the button 12 and engaging in a groove 36 in a sleeve 31 secured to the disc 34, the groove having lower notches 37 of equal depth and upper notches 38, 39 of unequal depth so as to control the stroke of the button 12. The valve 11 is slidably mounted on a stem 13 carrying the button 12, and is urged against an end-stop 20 by a spring 19. A second valve 21,in series with the valve 11, is operated by a push button 22 carrying a pin which engages in a groove on a cylinder (41, Fig. 3) secured to a second indicator disc (44).</p> |
