The wet cleaner for the removal of the odorous gas and particle generated in the distillation treating process of the waste water from general factories, photographic developing places and leather factories is characterized by (a) separating the contaninated liquid from the odorous gas in the rotary drum thermistor and an auxiliary thermistor, (b) exhausting the clean air through the outlet, (c) dropping the odorous gas-contg. water drop to the bottom of the thermistor to transfer it into the sand filter through the outvalve, and (d) cooling it, and trasnfer it into a clean water tank.
