Radiofrequency steady wave generator for chemical and biochemical analysis

The steady wave generator includes an enclosure (1) with spherical shape made up of a number of rectangular emitting plates (2) and an array of dielectric slabs (3) with the same shape. The enclosure wall focuses the waves emitted and reflected by the plates and slabs onto a central area (4) with a cylindrical shape. The plates are parallel with the enclosure axis (5) and their distances to the opposite dielectric slabs are adjustable. This structure generates a synchronous steady effect.
