Has a sheath of low-carbon steel which is filled with a powder of the following composition: 7.3-8.8 wt.% ferrochrome, 1.6-2.4 wt.% ferromanganese, 0.5-1.1 wt.% ferrosilicon, 0.9-1.1 wt.% ferrovanadium, 0.9-1.1 wt.% ferrotitanium, 2.3-2.6 wt.% sodium fluoride, 2.6-3 wt.% marble, 0.9-1.1 wt.% feldspar, 5.7-6.3 wt.% rutile concentrate, 3.0-5.0 wt.% iron powder. A wear resistant surface coating free from cracks can be placed with this electrode at a rate of 100-120 m/h.</p> |
