The hanger (1) comprises a fastening hook (5) of relatively rigid smooth material and a triangular part on which the packaging sachet (2) hangs. There is a pocket (4) which contains the package. The hanger has a carrier (6) which allows engagement of several fingers of a person's hand in order to permit gripping and manually carrying the sachet. The hook is connected to a linear hanger (7) which extends above the upper edge of the sachet. The carrier has an oblong cut-out which, according to the thickness of the hanger, has a peripheral edge (6A) which comes into contact with the user's fingers. The linear hanger has an upper edge (8) which has two rectilinear parts (8A,8B) which converge in a point (9) at the base (5A) of the hook.
