The grinder smoothly/transparently grinds keen-edged corners of the variously cut flat glasses cut in various shapes. It comprises a horizontal support(33) equipped on a rotary shaft(39) on an end of a 2nd joint beam; a slope angle adjustment support(16) having a guide groove(16A) and a rack gear(16B); support plates(41,46) positioned on both sides of the guide groove(16A); two bearings(45) inserted into the guide groove(16A); a grinding wheel(50) motor(19) fixed to the support plate(41).
