CAPROLACTAM WASTE WATER TREATMENT METHOD

摘要

The ammonium sulfate liquid which was the side product of the caprolactam manufacture process was concentrated and crystallized to give ammonium sulfate, and the residue organic waste liquid was treated with commercial methanol to remove as precipitate the residue ammonium sulfate until 99% to minimize the cost which was necessary for waste water treatment and incineration treatment. The concentration of organic waste liquid was processed to have the organic material over than 50wt.%, ammonium sulfate below than 10wt.%, and water below than 35wt.%.
