PRODUCTION LINE CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide a production line control method which is capable of the optimum control of a production line with no human monitoring operation needed. CONSTITUTION:The monitoring means 6a provided on each equipment 7 outputs the relevant data on the designated event generated by the equipment 7. A line control computer 1 reads out the output of the means 6a to decide the presence or absence of the trouble of each equipment 7. At the same time, the computer 1 compares the output of the means 6a with a work schedule table which is previously stored to decide the progressing state of the work and produces a transmitting message against the deciding result of the work progressing state based on various deciding contents stored previously and the collation data set between the message and its sending destination. Then the transmitter means 2 and 3 send the produced messages by radio waves to each set destination. Meanwhile a portable receiver means 4 receives selectively those messages to output in voices or to display in images the received messages.
