PURPOSE:To enable a card owner to receive a guide by language specifies by the card by outputting a guide by specific language based upon language specifying data recorded in the card from a guiding means in an automatic ticket examination machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a card C is inserted into a communication area 3, a response signal from the card C is sent to and antenna (a) correspondingly to a poling command signal and a body G and the card C can be mutually communicated. Thereby card data are requested from the body G to the card C and the card C sends data in a memory to the body G. When language specifying data indicating the specification of a Japanese guide are included in data obtained from the card C, a display part 2 displays a Japanese guide, and when language specifying data indicating the specification of an English guide are included, an English guide is displayed by the display part 2. When data indicating a visually handicapped person are included, a guide similar to the contents displayed by the display part 2 is outputted from a speaker 5 by Japanese or English voice. |
