<p>PURPOSE:To provide a TFT-LCD in which the D/A converter area within an LSI chip is reduced so as to reduce the cost of the LSI. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a video input terminal, an (reverse) driving converting circuit, a D/A converter 125, a horizontal and vertical synchronization signal generator 123 and a TFT-LCD module (a timing controller 124, source drivers 132 and 133, a gate driver 134 and a TFT-LCD panel 135) to display digital R, G and B video signals on the panel 135. While the digital R, G and B video signals are displayed on the panel 135, the single converter 125 is switched and used against each R, G and B dot within the panel.</p> |
