PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble that a difference in display state is resulted by a difference in the resistance values of wirings turned around from a driving integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A first means is to eliminate parts where the rapid change in wiring resistance arises and to lessen the resistance difference by adjusting the parasitic resistances of the respective wirings 304 by changing the width or length of the wirings. A second means is to provide the output end of the driving integrated circuit with a compensating element 14 for compensating the resistance difference of the external wirings. As a result, the unequal display by the difference in the wiring resistance is eliminated without adding a special stage to the production of the display panel. The display device having good display quality can be thus inexpensively provided. |
