PURPOSE:To enable concrete to be press-fed by means of a concrete pump by preventing pipe closure due to concrete even in a long downward slope pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A concrete press-feed pipe 1 and a water distributing pipe 2, which are connected to each other via a check valve V1, are communicated with each other. Water is felled into the press-feed pipe 1 and the water distributing pipe 2. thus discharging air. After water levels of both the pipes is kept at the same level of a discharge port of a concrete pump 3, concrete is press-fed to the concrete press-feed pipe 1 by the concrete pump 3 with a plug for separating water from concrete located at the top. At the press-feeding stage, water according to a difference in pressure between the concrete press-feed pipe 1 and the water distributing pipe 2 is discharged through a relief valve V4. The concrete pump 3 is temporarily stopped at the time when the plug reaches before the check valve V1. Meanwhile, the check valve V1 is switched, thus separating the water distributing pipe 2 from the concrete press-feed pipe 1, and then, the concrete pump 1 is started, thereby restarting press-feeding of concrete. |
