The circuit has a pre-heating delay ignition function, reduces the switching loss, and improves the productivity better than the conventional paralle resonance lamp. The circuit includes a dead interval control (10) which controls the off switchng of main switching units (Q7,Q8) between both sides of 3rd winding (n3) in the current transformer (T), a timing control (11) which controls the off timing of the dead interval control (10), and a soft starter (12) which has the soft start of initial starting ignition of lamp (LP). The dead interval control means (10) has transistor (Q5,Q6), resistors (R7,R9), and diodes (D1, D6). The timing control (11) has transistors (Q1,Q3), resistors (R1,R2) (R4,R6). The soft starter (12) has a transistor (Q4), resistors (R3,R10,R11), and capacitors (C1,C5).
