A washing machine features a circulating ring duct (5) in the outer laundry drum (6) wall. The duct (5) can be supplied with washing or rinsing fluid via at least one supply line (3) fastened in the laundry containers (4). It is connected with hollow entraining means (7) equipped with discharge openings (9), and/or to ducts (10) which run radially on the rear drum wall (11) and feature discharge openings (13).
