Single-chip microcomputer

The single-chip microcomputer (11) has a bus that supports a ROM/EPROM (13), a RAM (12) and an I-O circuit. In addition, the computer connects with a logic analyser (15) that connects with a personal computer (19). The analyser has a measurement stage coupled to the computer bus on one side and to a trigger circuit (32) on the output side and also to a status memory (31). A further connection is made to a switching unit (33) having a series interface output.
