PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain accurate convergence information by detecting the convergence amount and convergence time in case that a all-busy rate is above a threshold level. CONSTITUTION:All-busy measuring circuits 2 and 12 measure all-busy rates of incoming trunks K1 Kn and incoming registers R1 Rm of switchboard 1, and comparator circuits 5 and 15 compare all-busy rates with a threshold level. Then, when a rate is above the threshold level, it is regarded that the group of incoming trunks are causing convergence, thereby obtaining the convergence amount and convergence time. Consequently, accurate convergence information can be obtained. |
