<p>PURPOSE:To provide a reversal transfer device for an artticle which can carry out reversal by holding the article free from ship-off and permits the sure and smooth operation. CONSTITUTION:A slider 4 which is reciprocatingly slid in parallel to a transfer line by a slider driving mechanism 3 is installed, and a pulley 7 is axially supported in a rotatable manner on the slider 4. A part of a wire 11 is wound on the outer periphery of the pulley, and both the ends of the wire are fixed at the fixed parts 9 and 10 other than the pulley, and the wire is laid in parallel to the transfer line, and the pulley is turned automatically by the slidable movement of the slider. A hand chuck is installed on the pulley. Both the end parts 20 of the hand chuck are opened and closed in the axial direction of the pulley. An article transferred on the transfer line is held by both the hand parts of the hand chuck, and reversal transferred, drawing a cycloid curved line by the slidable movement of the slider and the revolution of the pulley.</p> |
