HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, EXTRUSION-MOLDED MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide an extrusion molded article of a hydraulic material having excellent bursting resistance and mechanical characteristics. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic composition is composed of 100 pts.wt. of an inorganic hydraulic material containing 5-40wt.% of silica sand having particle diameter of 100-600mum, 1-15 pts.wt. of 2 weight-reducing agent having a bulk density of <=0.6g/cm<3>, 0.5-5 pts.wt. of pulp and 0.05-2 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polymer sulfonic acid salt. An extrusion molded article is produced by curing a green extrudate produced by the extrusion molding of the hydraulic composition. The bursting resistance of the extrusion molded material is further improved by subjecting the extrusion molded material to dry-heat treatment at 150-350 deg.C.
