Panel consisting of two plates 1-1' of reinforced concrete, a plurality of suitably and accurately distributed metal anchorings 4 being fixed to the metal structure 2 of each plate, the two plates 1-1' being secured together using said anchorings, with the cooperation of coupling pieces 5 which act in turn as spacers, the plates 1-1' forming a chamber 7 in which any type of pre-installation of the building may be established and which may be filled with a heat- insulating material, or alternatively filled with a mass 8 of concrete, when the panel also has a strength function, in which case respective metal lattices are also fixed to the metal frame 2 of the plates 1-1', which lattices intermesh within said chamber 7 of the panel. <IMAGE>
