PURPOSE:To provide a device comprising specific components, capable of uniformly and simply giving the solid materialcontaining triply wrapped bean jam comprising the solid material and inner and outer wrapping materials for the doubly wrapping, and further capable of accurately and stably feeding constant volumes of the inner and outer wrapping materials, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An inner wrapping material A and an outer wrapping material B for double wrapping are fed into a pair of laterally symmetrically disposed hoppers 10, 10a, and a solid material is fed into a solid material-feeding device disposed between the hoppers. A pair of screws 12, 12a disposed in mutually tilted and faced states under the hoppers 10, 10a, respectively, and the rotary disk of the solid material- feeding device are rotated to rotate and drop the wrapping materials A and B. Thus, the wrapping material A is fed into the doubly wrapping nozzle of a superposition section 57, and the wrapping material B is also fed into a space between the nozzle and a cylindrical gear equipped with feeding blades. The solid material is simultaneously pressed into the inner wrapping material A by the action of a cylinder 54, etc. Finally, the gear is rotated to form the outer wrapping material B into a doughnut-like shape and wrap the solid material-containing inner wrapping material A. |
