PURPOSE:To compact a concrete without disordering an arrangement of pebbles by a method wherein firstly a pallet with an arrangement of pebbles is held at an interval. from a surrounding frame of a form vibrating machine, and when the pebbles are embedded in a stiff-consistency concrete supplied by the vibration, the pallet is raised and vibrated together with a table vibrating machine. CONSTITUTION:Pebbles 22 arranged on a pallet 21 in a required pattern are placed on a vibrating table 17. The vibrating table 17 is raised until the upper edge of the pallet is positioned at the lower end of a surrounding frame 13 of a form vibrating machine 14. in this state, a gap S is established between the surrounding frame 13 and the pallet 21. Therefore, the vibration of the vibrating machine 14 cannot be transmitted to the pallet, and a stiff-consistency concrete is only supplied onto the pebbles. When the concrete is loaded in the surrounding frame 13 and the greater parts of the pebbles are embedded therein, the pallet 21 is raised, and a table vibrating machine 18 is driven. The concrete is tightly compacted and consolidated by the combined vibration energies of the form vibrating machine 14 and the table vibrating machine 18. In this manner, a concrete block with the pebbles exposed on a decorative surface can be produced without disordering the arrangement of the pebbles. |
