The garlic husks are converted into fibroid material with powder type by using a grinder. The material is mixed with the conventional wood pulp to make a compound material. Finally, the compound material is formed with the fibroid material for vibration plate of speaker through a process to remove the garlic smell and a process to generate fibroid material with a fixed size.
