PURPOSE: To provide a wooden chair or table that is simplified in structure, stable and inexpensive. CONSTITUTION: Four frame parts 4 constituting a cross frame 1 are interconnected at their inner ends 5 integrally with a connection member 7 in the form of a cross with split anglesαandβ. The connection member 7 is constituted of an upper part 8 and a lower part 9, which receive in the space defined therebetween the frame parts 4 and are screwed thereon.
