PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by applying an output voltage from a spread code generator to one terminal of a varactor element so as to vary the oscillating frequency of an oscillation section thereby spreading a spectrum of an on/off keying signal. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage from a spread code generating section 40 is fed to a varactor element 26 being a component of an oscillation section 20 subject to on/off control by an on/off keying signal from a data generating section 10 to vary the capacitance of the varactor element 26 thereby varying the oscillating frequency of the oscillation section 20. Thus, the spectrum of the on/off keying signal is spread. Then it is not required to use a double balanced mixer or the like, the circuit constitution is simplified and the cost is reduced. |
