<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate welding works for a reinforcing ring which is installed inside the drum of a water heating appliance to increase the pressure resistance of the drum enhance efficiently in assembly work, and concurrently keep corrosion caused by scale oxide produced at the time of welding to a minimum. CONSTITUTION:A recessed section 7a provided for the outer circumference of a reinforcing ring 7 formed into a circular ring is fitted in a projected section 1a provided at the inner circumference of a drum consisting of the drum of a water heating appliance, and the reinforcing ring 7 is then fixed in the inside of the barrel 1 of the drum by welding 12 a connecting area where the aforesaid recessed section is coupled in.</p> |
