A transport container, shown in horizontal section, for flowable material, comprises a substantially cylindrical pressure container 1 which, together with associated connecting pipes, is rigidly supported by strips 24-31 within the boundaries of a rectangular support frame. The support frame consists of corner posts 7-10, having locating devices whereby the frames may be stacked one upon another, and upper and lower, longitudinal and transverse connecting members. The pressure container 1 is divided by walls 133, 134 into three compartments, each of which is provided with a fluidizing floor consisting of substantially triangular members, e.g. 151-154, sloping downwardly to the emptying points 44-46. Discharge pipes 163-165 extend from above the emptying points and pass through the side of the container. In a second embodiment, Figs. 4-6 (not shown), the interior of the container is divided into four bottom-discharge compartments. |
