The clamp has two jaws (13, 13') each having, on an inside (21, 21'), a first cavity (16, 16') and a second cavity (17, 17') which are substantially perpendicular, and have profiles which are respectively complementary in pairs so as to grip onto a length of post (10) and of at least one of the tubes (11, 12) when the jaws (13, 13') are in the joined-together configuration, and clamping means (30'a-30'd, 31a-31d) for joining the jaws (13, 13') together. Advantageously it further includes at least one sleeve tube (42, 42') having an end face (44, 44'), which can be attached via this end face (44, 44') to one of the jaws (13, 13') and if need be to each of the jaws (13, 13'), substantially perpendicularly to the first and second cavities (16, 16', 17, 17'), and which is able to accommodate the end of an additional tube (40). <IMAGE>
