PURPOSE:To enhance the serviceability and to promote the sales by displaying and printing a shopping list for calculating an estimated total amount at the time when all food commodities required for cooking are purchased and showing it together with each separate commodity purchase quantity and its commodity name information. CONSTITUTION:The total necessary quantity of each separate commodity of all food commodities required for cooking of all cooking menu items selected from information registered by a selected menu information registering means 13 is calculated, and this necessary quantity is expressed in term of each separate commodity purchase quantity by the sales unit quantity of the food commodities concerned stored in a food commodity information storage part 13. Subsequently, an estimated total amount when all the food commodities required for cooking of all selected cooking menu items are purchased is calculated from this separate commodity purchase quantity and a sales unit price of the food commodity concerned stored in the food commodity information storage part 13, and the estimated total amount is displayed together with the separate commodity purchase quantity and its commodity name information by a shopping list display mans 16. A material list displayed in such a way can be printed selectively on recording paper by a list printing means 17. |
