MANUFACTURING FORMWORK

A method for manufacturing formwork walls (1) for building construction, and a production line therefor, are disclosed. Each wall includes a plate (2) with at least one stiffener (3) attached thereto. The method enables continuous manufacture and comprises the steps of assembling plates (5) of given lengths end-to-end to form a continuous sheet (19); aligning and fastening stiffeners (3) of given lengths end-to-end to form at least one row along the sheet (19), wherein the stiffeners (18) and the plates (5) may have different lengths; and cutting the resulting composite sheet (31) at predetermined intervals to form said walls (1). The intervals may be longer than the plates (5) and stiffeners (18).
