摘要 The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for regulating the power, with few residual waves, of low-resistance, current-intensive DC loads. The analog regulation of loads of this type is normally associated with a high evolution of heat owing to the low efficiency of known analog actuators. The miniaturisability of circuit arrangements of this type is thus restricted. A circuit arrangement which permits regulation with few residual waves in conjunction with a high efficiency, and hence a low evolution of heat loss, has been found for DC loads whose properties mean that they cannot be operated via digital actuators. The fundamental arrangement is evident from the block diagram. The circuit arrangement uses the basic principle known from PWM (pulse width modulation) controllers, the controller R1 being driven by a signal Uan which is to be formed and is formed from a control variable Ue and load-dependent information from overload-sensitive (overmodulation-sensitive) loads Rv in the assembly V1. In conjunction with the use of monolithic integrated components, the circuit arrangement which has been found is suitable, in particular, for miniaturised drive circuits, for example for the regulation/driving of miniature Peltier elements in sensor modules, and permits a spatially concentrated arrangement of sensors and drive circuits owing to the low evolution of heat loss. <IMAGE>
