The invention relates to a further embodiment of the through-flow turbine according to Patent Application P 4320606.9-15. According to the invention, the turbine is configured as follows for the use of air as the flowing medium: An isolating plate (2, 3) angled in the shape of a z is arranged on each rotating blade (1) in such a way that it reaches in part through the rotating blade (1) at right angles to the longitudinal extent thereof, and in the state of rest of the turbine the upper (2) and lower sections (3) of the isolating plate (2, 3) bear against the respective sections of the rotating blade (1) (2(A), 3(A)), under the action of a compression spring (6), while at high rotational speeds of the turbine the isolating plate (2, 3) assumes, owing to the centrifugal force acting on the heavy, lower section (3) of the isolating plate (2, 3), an end position (2(B), 3(B)) by means of which the effect of the rotating blades (1) is reduced and so the rotational speed is decreased. <IMAGE>
