摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a battery charger to be placed on an electric-motor vehicle by housing a heat sink and a battery charger coiling fan into a battery charger to be placed on the electric-motor vehicle and cooling the heat sink through a process of passing air through an air passage after the air passage is formed in the heat sink. CONSTITUTION:In a battery charger 28, a choke coil 171, a transformer 172, a condenser 173 and a base plate are housed in a battery charger case 161, and a heat sink 162 wherein an air passage 163 is formed is housed to a charging code 73, and a FET (field effect transistor) 164 is arranged along the heat sink 162, and a battery charger cooling fan 71 and a suction port 72 are arranged on the longitudinal shaft of the heat sink 162. The inside of the battery charger case 161 is evacuated when the battery charger cooling fan 71 is started, and outside air is taken from the suction port 72. The outside air takes heat from the heat sink 162 and becomes hot air, so as to be discharged from an exhaust port 166.</p>
