PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of passages and provide two different flow characteristics by arranging a passage for maximum flow to a part downstream from a throttle valve, a passage for connecting a part upstream from the valve, and a passage to the downstream part from the valve where the amount of flow is small. CONSTITUTION:A measuring valve 12 interlocked with the movement of a shaft 19 according to operation current is used in combination with a measuring valve 13 arranged in a separate form from the shaft 19 so that time delay with respect to the movement of the shaft 19 occurs therein. The structure of passage system is composed of a passage 20 for maximum flow to a downstream part from a restriction valve, a passage 21 for connection with an upstream part of the valve and a passage 22 to the downstream part where the flow is less than that of the passage 20. These passages 20 to 22 are formed in a separate form. When a coil 3 is energized the shaft 10 is pulled to enable the valve 12 to move for producing flow. In this case another valve 13 does not work since it has a separate body. |
