PURPOSE:To perform the bending processing of a decorative panel so as to make the rupture of a decorative layer material hard to generate in the bent part of the decorative panel even when soft decorative paper is used as the decorative layer material covering the surface of the decorative panel. CONSTITUTION:Decorative paper 13 is bonded to the surface of a wooden fiberboard and, subsequently, a V-shape groove 14 is formed in the rear surface of the base panel by cutting so as to leave slight base panel thickness in the bottom of the groove. Then, an adhesive 15 is applied to the inner surface of the V-shape groove 14, and the fiberboard is bent with the decorative paper 13 outside until the groove closes fixedly. |
