STRAINED LEES SORTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a device efficiently performing the sorting of the shell part and useful component of strained lees and capable of performing operation continuously and automatically. CONSTITUTION:A strained lees sorting device is constituted of a screen 2 slightly immersed in water in a state almost parallel to the surface A of the water and receiving scattered strained lees 3 on the upper surface thereof, a filter means supplying water to the screen 2 from below in such a state that the screen 2 is stopped to repeatedly raise and lower the surface of the water to sediment a useful component and a vibration motor 1 transferring a shell part and scattering new strained lees 3 over the upper surface of the screen 2.
