PURPOSE:To greatly improve the curing rate and depth-curability of the title compsn. without detriment to the water resistance by compounding the base polymer comprising a diorganopolysiloxane or a polyoxyalkylene polymer with a beta-dicarbonyl compd. and an org. amino compd. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. comprises 100g of a diorganopolysiloxane or polyoxyalkylene polymer having both molecular ends blocked by hydrolyzable silyl groups and a viscosity at 25 deg.C of 25-1,000,000cS, a carbonyl compd. having at least two CO groups in the molecule, of which one CO group being at the beta-position to the other CO group, in such an amt. that the amt. of the CO group is 0.001-1mol, and an org. compd. having at least one NH2 group in the molecule in such an amt. that the amt. of the NH2 group is 0.001-1mol. The carbonyl compd. and the amino compd. are so selected that the CO group at the beta-position of the carbonyl compd. reacts with the NH2 group of the amino compd. |
