<p>A tool (10) has a body (11) with an axis (12) of actuation and an axially-extending bore (16) therein. A spacer (13) on the body (11) extends axially, laterally spaced from the axis (12). A reaction arm (14) extends laterally from the spacer (13) and crosses the axis (12). An actuator barrel (17) is slidably fitted in the bore (16), the barrel (17) having an internal cylindrical bore (21) which opens toward the reaction arm (14), an outer cylindrical portion (18) which fits in the bore (21), and an enlarged external section (19) which defines a retention shoulder (20) facing the body (11). A decelerator spring (23) is disposed around the barrel (17) between the shoulder (20) and the body (11). A transfer shoulder (29) is provided in the internal cylindrical bore (21).</p> |
