PURPOSE:To increase the stabilizing quantity by stabilizing an organismic substance uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A biosensor 10 in an embodiment has a thermistor 12 to convert a temperature into a quantity of electricity by detecting the temperature and a frame body 14 to surround this thermistor 12 while keeping a prescribed interval. An organismic substance carrying layer 16 where glucose oxidase(GOD) having a discriminating function to glucose is made insoluble by photopolymerization of PVA-SbQ, is provided over a clearance between this thermistor 12 and the frame body 14. That is, the GOD is made insoluble as the organismic substance carrying layer 16 through the photopolymerization of PVA-SbQ, and is stabilized directly in the thermistor 12. |
