PURPOSE:To prevent a lack of parts and the quick increase of stock by surely supplying the required quantity of parts to each process even in the case of the change of the production plan in the parts delivery system taking a multistage production system as the object. CONSTITUTION:An actual result collection part 6 which collects actual result data showing the production quantity of beginning articles in each of processes 21, 31, 41, and 51 and a stock management part 7 which discriminates parts required in succeeding processes based on actual result data collected from processes 21, 31, 41, and 51 and calculates the quantity of these parts and instructs a parts warehouse to discharge the required number of parts are provided. The production plan of products is given to the first process 21, and thereby, parts discharge commands to succeeding processes are successively generated based on actual result of preceding processes, and the commanded required number of parts are discharged from the parts warehouse 1 to each process at each time. |
