CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical solid electrolyte fuel cell where a fuel electrode 24, an electrolyte 25 and an air electrode 27 are laminated on a base pipe 21, a diffusion preventing film 22 for preventing diffusion of a component from the base pipe 21 is formed over the whole surface or necessary points of the base pipe 21. |
