PURPOSE:To exceedingly prolong the durable time by providing a magnetic member or magnetic layer member of an thin sheet having the excellent magnetic characteristics intrinsic to a hardly workable magnetic material with an ultra-wear resistant part. CONSTITUTION:The hardly workable magnetic material, such as 'SENDUSTR' or 6.5% silicon steel plate, is workable at ordinary temp. as well if the material is made into fine powder. Paste is prepd. by working these fine powders to be a flat form by ordinary temp. rolling and mixing the flat and fine powders, an absorbent to absorb the oxide on their surfaces and a tacky adhesive dissipating by heat. This paste is applied on a ceramic substrate 1 having heat resistance without having an electrical conductivity to provide this substrate with a magnetic circuit part 2 of a prescribed shape and thickness. The superfine powder of diamond is distributed in a slight amt. in this paste to prepare the wear resistant paste. Such paste is applied on the part where wear resistance is particularly demanded in the circuit part 2 and the front end of the head to form the wear resistant part 3 by the same method. The circuit part 2 and the wear resistant part 3 are heated together with the substrate 1 in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to fuse the flat and fine powders to each other. |
