PURPOSE:To easily restore a coating applicatable state even if the coating utensil is clogged with the coating liquid solidified in a liquid passage after long-term storage and is made unusable by providing the wall part of a container with a pressure reducing device and operating this pressure reducing device to evacuate the inside of the container and to suck the air into the container from a discharge port through the liquid passage. CONSTITUTION:A reduced pressure state is momentarily generated in the container 1 and a coating body 31 is moved backward against the energization of an elastic body 4 to open the discharge port 32 when the pressure reducing device 5 is operated by an external operation, etc. The air is sucked through the liquid passage 33 from the discharge port 32 into the container 1 and the coating liquid solidified in the liquid passage 33 is returned into the backward container 1 and is redissolved by the air at the time of the passage of the air through the liquid passage 33. Namely, the coating utensil is made to easily restore the coating applicatable state by operating the pressure reducing device 5 disposed in the wall part of the container 1 even if the coating utensil is clogged by the coating liquid solidified in the liquid passage 33 and is made unusable. |
